What is your MOQ?

Can we visit your factory?
Absolutely! We warmly welcome global buyers and partners to visit our factory in Guangdong Province, China. We can arrange factory tours, product demonstrations, and business meetings. Please contact us in advance to schedule your visit.

What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T (Bank Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), and Western Union. Standard payment terms are 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment. For long-term partners, we offer flexible payment arrangements.
How long is the production time?
Standard production time is 15-25 working days after deposit confirmation. For OEM/ODM orders with custom packaging and branding, lead time is 25-35 working days. Rush orders may be accommodated depending on production schedule.
Do you support custom packaging?
Yes, we offer complete custom packaging solutions including box design, color printing, logo placement, language customization, and special packaging requirements. Our design team will work with you to create packaging that meets your market needs.
What shipping methods do you use?
We ship worldwide via sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, and express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). We work with reliable freight forwarders to ensure safe and timely delivery. We can also arrange shipping to your designated freight forwarder.
